For a couple years I dreamed of making a chess board out of carbon fiber. I had been dabbling in carbon fiber for awhile and had been bouncing ideas off of coworkers on different manufacturing methods to make a chess board. I wanted to design and make something unique and brilliant.

This chess board out of carbon fiber and red kevlar. I hand crafted this board from start to finish starting with the raw materials.
